Our Grapes
Our grapes come exclusively from Prophet Vineyard. The Vineyard is LIVE certified and is worked using sustainable farming practices.
Our Corks
In an effort to provide you with the best solution to corking issues and an assurance of tasting outstanding wines in an optimal state of preservation, we have chosen the DIAM corks for our wine closures.
Our Barrels
All of our barrels are French oak from the forests in and around burgundy. We are constantly evaluating which forests and coopers work best with our grapes. We are currently purchasing Toutant and Mercurey barrels.
Our Aging Method
We barrel age all of our wines in French oak. The wine ages between ten and eighteen months in barrels. The amount of new oak varies by year and vineyard.
